How do I receive my purchase?
After purchasing through our in-world vendor, items are delivered directly to your Second Life inventory. If you purchased via the website, items will be sent to your avatar within minutes.
Can I get a redelivery?
Yes! Visit any JIO in-world vendor and click "Redelivery" or contact us directly in-world at jio.carpaccio.
What mesh bodies are supported?
JIO clothing is rigged for popular Second Life mesh bodies. Check each product's detail page for specific compatibility information.
Do you accept bloggers?
We selectively work with bloggers and photographers who align with the JIO aesthetic. Contact jio.carpaccio in-world with your portfolio to apply.
